Nada Alnajafi is an award-winning in-house attorney, speaker, author, and the author of Contract Redlining Etiquette. She currently serves as Sr. Corporate Counsel for Franklin Templeton, a Fortune-500 global financial services organization, where she manages buy-side commercial, technology, and data privacy agreements. Previously, she served as in-house counsel for tech startups and automotive OEMs.
While Nada is a generalist with experience handling intellectual property, employment, and other corporate matters,
she is particularly passionate about contracts.
